As a personal trainer, one of the biggest “excuses” I hear from my clients is that they are too busy to prepare meals that are healthy. Thank you Greg, for creating a show that I can just tell my clients to listen to that is expanding on the message that I am giving to them every time I meet with them. A must listen for sure!
