Hi there! It’s Holly Barker here and today I get to meet and talk with the beautiful Jade Atkinson!!
Jade is an IFBB Bikini Pro, Fitness Model, Personal Trainer, Lifestyle and Contest Prep Coach who is devoted to helping people build confidence by achieving and surpassing their health and fitness goals.
Jade is an honors graduate of the University of Windsor. She grew up playing competitive baseball and figure skating, where she eventually began coaching figure skating. Jade has over 10 years of athletic coaching experience, and 6 years of personal training and nutritional programming.
Jade has worked with a variety of clients of all ages and levels of fitness. She has an in-depth understanding of various training and nutrition systems with proven results. She uses a combination of training methods (resistance, conditioning, and weight training) that will keep training fun and be challenging.
Jade wants to inspire and encourage other people to be their best, strongest self. Through health and fitness she has helped many build their confidence simply by helping her clients do what they thought they couldn't. Jade's goal is to inspire people to believe that it doesn't matter who you are, or where you've been. It's never ever too late to become whoever you want to be!
