This podcast is about how to become mentally resilient.

Mental toughness means being able to be strong enough to handle life's known and unknown challenges when they arise.  This is a critical component in life for success.

Being mentally resilient has all of the good components of mental toughness with one key differentiator.  Mentally resilient people can bounce back and be completely healthy when the challenge is over. 

While mental toughness is necessary for success, it's important after we survive the challenge to bounce back and be healthy.  This podcast is about mental resilience and how to increase your level of mental resiliency.

Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) can help an individual become more mentally resilient.
