A Note on Lapsing
Everyone falls off their fitness and wellness goals/programs. That's called life. But, keep in mind, you're not perfect, and most of us do not compete or perform this task as a part of our job or careers. With that in mind, here are a few tips:
Don't judge (yourself included)
Keep it visual. Continue to visualize success.
If you fail to plan, plan to fail. Plan for difficult situations and scenarios.
IF you find yourself not wanting to do any exercise or activity, remember this: physical activity is the one thing that will prompt a sense of rejuvenation and energy.
