Each school and college offers publications for its graduates, and the U-M Alumni Association sends its magazine, Michigan Alumnus, to paid members. Michigan Today fits into this mix as the one publication to address all alumni regardless of their school or association affiliation. From historical features and alumni dispatches to campus news and provocative opinions,"Listen In, Michigan" will entertain and inform, helping to keep you connected to the University of Michigan — today. In this episode, we speak to "Michigan Daily" alumni Andy Sacks and Jay Cassidy, both of whom worked as "Daily" photographers in May 1968 when Robert F. Kennedy campaigned for president. He would be assassinated three weeks later. In 2017 a photo of that day appeared on the cover of Chris Matthews' book "Bobby Kennedy: Raging Spirit," credited to "Life" magazine photographer Bill Eppridge.
