Came out of nowhere and stole my heart cruelly.
The Hyacinth Disaster was the sweetest way to close this audio drama year. The writing was super neat, the voice actors were so amazing, they make me laugh out loud one second and cry my heart out in the next second, it's really hard to believe they're not professionals. Sound effects can be a bit harsh for headphoned ears, though. But hey, they are *miners* in space, of course it's hard (sorry). I see millions of potential with this one. I really hope they got enough support to make it back again. Recommended if you like: Wolf 359, Tin Can Audio, Girl in Space, The Orphans, Firefly.

Superb!
After being introduced to the audio drama a few weeks ago, I was impressed with the very admirable compilation of voice actors, first off. The dialogue is snappy and smooth, it character expansion is well-written given the short period of time allowed to understand them. I would say there were some times where the humor wasn't as effective as was intended, but these moments were largely hidden by the more numerous times the wisecracking was applied to great effect. The overarching plot was VERY well executed, and while sometimes delivery was just a little slow, the consistency in peril and attitude was very engaging.

Gritty, believable, well-written sci fi drama
One of my favorite audio dramas. Excellent writing, great voice acting, and a fantastic sci-fi setting that's still believable. The first episode establishes a solid foundation and then from the second episode onwards stuff gets intense (seriously, brace yourself - there's at least a few moments that are especially hard, even if worthwhile, to sit through). I highly recommend for any and all sci-fi and/or audio drama fans.

Really top notch sci-fi audio drama!
My wife and I powered through the entire series during a road trip, and it was totally engrossing! The story is really well crafted, and acted out very well by a fairly large cast. It's a gritty story set in space, and will have you running the full gamut of emotions with some deeply poignant moments, intense action, and even humor. I strongly recommend you try it out!

Binge-worthy
I heard about this from a buddy of mine and turned it on in the background while doing some work. After the first episode, there was no work being done. I got hooked and listened to all seven episodes back to back. The voice acting was impressive and I really felt like each character was well developed and distinguishable. The cliff hangers kept me hooked and I couldn't stop. I really recommend giving this a shot and give yourself the necessary time because you won't want to stop listening.

Binge Worthy Audio Masterpiece
I listened to this in my car and felt like I was in a spaceship! Thoroughly impressed by the way the story was told. The usage of external cues made for smooth transitions in an otherwise difficult medium to portray visual comprehension. The characters are lovable yet quirky. The setups and payoffs are on point. Perfect for long road trips and definitely binge worthy!
