Cheers me up when I am running!
This podcast is both very enjoyable and extremely useful. I listen to it when I go for a run early in the morning and I keep smiling all along like an idiot while I am sweating (the people who see me must think I am crazy). By the time I come home, I have some helpful tips to implement in my business, and I feel completely uplifted!
