Episode Info: Being thankful on a daily basis is not easy. When things are going well, of course it is easy to be thankful. But when the world is a weight on your shoulders, it can be difficult to maintain that perspective. It is important to practice thankfulness and express gratitude. By doing so, even your harder days will be a little bit brighter. I want to encourage, empower, and motivate you to create greatness in your life by saying thank you and by appreciating the people around you.  Yet even in our most grateful state of mind, we can take for granted some of the smaller things that we should be thankful for. It is important to recognize that while we may not be exactly where we want to be, we are still better off than many. There are so many ways to practice thankfulness on a daily basis. It’s not about faking it until you make it. It is about authenticity.
