Ep 24 - Why Does Training Suck in Winter?
Its cold, its dark and the last thing you feel like doing is going to the gym. You're just being lazy right? Or you're just too busy. Perhaps all those other important things in your life just seem well... more important. More important in winter than they were in summer anyway.
But deep down, you know that lack of consistency is what is holding you back. You're probably familiar with the story. When the weather warms up and you ditch the trakkies you will put some clothes on that are a bit tight, or you'll find yourself being a little out of breath and you'll reprimand yourself for never being able to stay fit and/or maintain that fat loss that you worked so hard to achieve.
It's a story repeated by humans all over the world. So how do you maintain consistency through winter when all you really want to do is eat slow-cooked comfort food and be a sloth?
