We took the opportunity to meet with Nick Martinez at the beginning of this year and we discussed his transition from Chef to Forager to Distributor/Account Manager, and even a short stint bar backing. Topher had met Nick several years back at a pop up event and has followed a bit of his career over the past couple of years. We discuss his company with Graham called Hunt and Gather and what it means to forage for goods. We discuss where he's been since I met him, a bit of his past, and where he is now with Cascade Organic.
