We will discuss many topics and I will break them down into individual parts. I will try and keep each topic specific so it doesn't seem all over the place. The first part in the series is about butter, and whether saturated fat is good for you. Now I don't make any determinations one way or another, I try to present simple clear information and give you a determination from my point of view. Obviously I can't make the decision for you but I try to give you some information and also some links on where to go to find more information.
