Episode Info: Eating vegan, or whole food plant based may seem daunting but its easier than you think. Shopping for whole food, is as simple as shopping in the first place you walk into at the store, the produce section. This has 80% of the food I eat and it supports my lifestyle in a way I never thought was possible. There are days I simply purchase all my food from the produce section and roll out. So in this episode I discuss how buying food and eating a vegan diet is easy and I introduce some ways to make small adjustments to your meals to hopefully move you to a whole food plant based diet.
