Episode Info: Saving money is hard when buying food, especially if you are switching to a whole food vegan diet. I know this because buying food is the biggest expense my family has. I try and track my food spending and it gets to a point at the end of the month that I just go Fuck It i've spent too much money this month on food, and I just dont want to worry about tracking the cost anymore. Most of the time I stick to in season fruits and veggies because they are always the cheapest. Buying peaches and nectarines in the early summer is way cheaper than buying them in november. But I have my cravings and foods that I like and I sometime spend more money than I should on fruits.
