I don't usually review podcasts, but these girls have got something great going on that needs to go shared with women everywhere and possibly any man that has a mum, wife or daughter. They provide information on important issues such as health, wellness and body image, they balance this with cheeky banter that is easy and funny to listen to.
If i was stuck on a deserted island I would choose Stef to be stuck with, purely because I think she would appreciate my sarcasm more in a life threatening situation.

Best Podcast Ever!
I have been listening to this podcast every day on my way to and from work and am actually sad for the day I catch up (which I calculate to be about 3 weeks from now) because I won't have new episodes to listen to every day! Stefani and Noelle have completely opened my eyes to the way I interact with not only food, but myself, and others in my life, and revolutionized my approach to health! I could go on and on, but if you're not listening to this podcast, start! I've been recommending it to everyone I know!
Also, for the record (and I REALLY don't want to choose because you're both AMAZING), I'd have to say I'm team Noelle. Magic Shell Berries and Cream bowls for the win!!!!
PS - Stefani, I saw a slug RIDING a snail in my walkway the other night and thought of you.... is that weird?? LOL!

Noelle & Stefani are a powerhouse team! I just can't get enough of their entertaining banter, their vast knowledge all things related to the human body, and their encouraging messages of body love and acceptance. It is extremely evident that you genuinely care about the struggles of your listeners, and that you are both deeply compassionate women. This podcast is greatly helping me personally to heal my lifelong broken relationship with food and my physical body, and is teaching me to be more gentle with, and kind to myself along the way. Thank you both so much for doing this important work, and please don't ever stop....much love and respect! P.S. I can't pick just one of you to be stranded with on a deserted island, because I just love you both so much for your unique qualities and personalities. Team Noelani for the win!

I really enjoy listening to this Podcast with Stefani and Noelle. I enjoy the advice, but most of all, I enjoy the emphasis on positive body image. It is hard to find that anywhere else! It is a great reminder! I think the way they phrase their ideas really resonates with me too. They explain things very clearly, and they make me happy and laugh while listening
