Episode Info: Today there is a new vulnerability in the OpenSSL libraries that is being patched affecting the latest shipping 1.0.3 version of SSL and we wanted to get the story straight. I broke the Heartbleed SSL story to the press in a controlled diligent manner via Stephen J Vaughn Nicholls at ZDNet last time, this time I wanted to put a proper wrapper around this so when you read the story in the press you have the EXACT info. And if you don't it's because the journalist writing the story didn't get it right and listen to this podcast. Joining me on the show today is Mark Cox one of my oldest friends in Open Source and Director of Product Security Engineering here at Red Hat.
