Episode Info: Our guest is Amber Runyon, Founder of Eleventh Candle Co., a product line launched through Legacy, a non-profit based out of Columbus. Collectively, these two organizations are working globally to redeem, restore, empower, and equip those vulnerable to human trafficking, abuse, exploitation, and addiction. Eleventh Candle Co. is a business that works globally to help people who are vulnerable to human trafficking and exploitation. Amber’s interest in human trafficking was born during a trip to Ethiopia, where she witnessed human trafficking in broad daylight. When she returned home to Columbus, Ohio, she was shocked to learn that human trafficking was just as prevalent in her hometown. So she set to work to figure out a way to make an impact. She Googled what businesses that would take the least amount of capital, and she came up with candles. She started over two years ago, mostly selling online and at festivals and events, and opened their first store in the Madery, at the Co-Hatch in Worthington. By the end of 2018, they will expand to two more locations in central Ohio. https://eleventhcandleco.com/give https://dollarsavingdivascbus.weebly.com/ Email: dollarsavingdivasCBUS@gmail.com Pinterest: luxuryforlesskl/ Facebook: dollarsavingdivasCBUS Twitter: luxuryforlesskl Subscribe to the podcast on Apple Podcasts, iTunes, Stitcher, Google Play or iHeart Radio, or your favorite podcast player. http://www.subscribeonandroid.com We'd love it if you could please share this podcast with your social media friends!
