Episode Info: In this episode of Writers Rebellion, I interview erotic novelist Suzanne Linehan who writes under the pen name SL Baker. (Don't worry, this episode is still PG) Baker grew up in a small New England town but was lured to the coast of North Carolina by the sweet smell of the Azaleas and the beckoning of the ocean and most importantly no snow or bone chilling temperatures. When not writing she works full time as an account manager and raises three kids and can sometimes squeeze in running or sleeping. Writing began as a hobby, a late night exercise to help her relax. This blossomed into her debut in the erotic romance scene with her first novel, Scarlett and the Mobster, that blends Southern charm and innocence with the grit and turbulence of the mob. These backgrounds explode into a combustible mixture that is sure to leave her reader craving more. SL is no novice to the literary world, having previously written two novels in the medical thriller genre. Her journey into erotic romance has just begun so strap in and enjoy the ride! Writers Rebellion press & how to claim your 15% discount Writers Rebellion recently received two awesome reviews. In that article, Venutolo writes: The podcast extension to the Indie Author Help Desk is another great show (albeit with the oddest opening) with a longer format. Why great? Because Bell interviews indie authors and not necessarily like-minded publishing gurus - which, for me, is always a better selling point. -Anthony Venutolo, Bukowski's Basement I am proud and honored to be recognized as a valuable part of our amazing community, but I couldn't have done it without your support.
