Customer service has to be one of the easiest ways a business can create a business people love to buy from. Two of my favourite examples of companies with exceptional customer service are LeadPages (http://www.leadpages.net) and Ontraport (http://www.ontraport.com). (non affiliated links) I use both of these companies personally in my business as well as with clients so I have the opportunity to deal with them regularly. Never once have they made me feel like I'm a bother or that I have a stupid question. The first episode of "Service Spotlight" shows some recent interactions I have had with them.
