This was definitely not our typical podcast! With Ben out of town, and equipment issues on my end, this was definitely one of the more difficult episodes to piece together and get out to you, but I am really happy with the final product and I think it is one you will enjoy!
I had one of my more vulnerable confessions during our introduction and we were even able to hear from Ben as he boarded a plane in Atlanta. It sounds like he enjoyed himself on vacation and I am looking forward to hearing all the details when we get back together next week.
Finally, we get into our topic for the week, and we are continuing our “New Year, New Me” series so this week we discuss what you should do after you have put the time and effort into your nutrition and decided to purchase that gym membership.
Ben has a lot of great advice for anyone new to the gym and even if you are a seasoned veteran it wouldn’t hurt to hear some of his tips so we can prevent injuries and continue to progress towards our goals.
