I am beginning to notice a trend each week. Week after week, and pretty much ever since he joined the show, Ben has made sure to let everyone know how much he dislikes running and how he will never run or race again.
Well here we are and here is he coming off another race.
Seriously? What is going on with this guy.
Regardless, we get into some race details once again, and spoiler alert this one went a little bit better as compared to the tough mudder.
Finally once we get through our weekly updates and dig into some documentary recommendations we jump into our topic for the week.
We had some questions come in our voicemail and one in particular stood out. We had a listener ask us about our thoughts on increasing leg size as well as his squat max. It is always fun to go back to our meathead roots and discuss best practices for picking up heavy things. I think we did a good job covering a variety of methods that can be used for strength training and building size.
