Many of these various systems are used by some of the biggest professional sports organizations in the country. One being co-host Phil Daru, who is certified in FRC and plans to get a similar certification in Kinstretch. The trio talked about how Dr. Spina developed his systems, their purposes, and the lessons he tries to convey to guests at the multitude of seminars he conducts on the subject.
