I stumbled on this podcast a month or two ago while searching for more information on the ketogenic diet. I've been hooked ever since. Very motivational, informative, and always leaves me with a good feeling and wanting more. I love the challenge questions at the start and the quick-fire questions at the end. Great guests with a great host. I look forward to every new episode

This podcast is awesome! The interviews are always very well structured and make for a very easy listening experience.
On the content side, it is all about how to be better. Moon interviews people from all walk of life and they talk about what helps to make you a better human. This podcast is not all bout fitness it is about being a better person, keep up the good work.
