CLASSIC BOYD AND BLAIR VOKDA MARTINI
2 Boyde and Blair
1oz Dry Vermouth
Stir pour up in coup
Garnish lemon twist
VODKA NEGRONI AKA NEGROSKI
1oz Aperol
1oz Grand Poppy
2oz Boyd and Blair
Stir pour in coup or double old fashioned with a rock
Garnish orange peel
BOYD AND BLAIR OLD FASHIONED
Build in a double old fashioned
¼ gomme simple syrup
lemon and orange twist
2 dashes angostura bitters
2 oz B&B
Stir to chill and enjoy
MOSCOW MULE
¾ fresh lime juice
½ ginger syrup
2oz Boyd and Bliar
Whip. Add ice and shake.
Add 2 oz ginger beer and strain into Collins glass
Garnish lime wheel and or ginger candy
REVERSE VESPER
1oz barrel aged reserve gin (Beehive)
2oz Boyd and Blair vodka
½ Lillet Blanc
Stir and strain into coup
THAI MONKEY
1 key lime into 8 pieces (put in tin)
½oz meyer lemon
½ simple syrup
¾ thai coconut milk
½ green chartreuse
Whip
Add ice and shake
Double strain into double old fashioned Collins glass or coup
Garnish kiwi slice and or edible flowers
