On the latest episode I talk about one of the things that I love about health. Regenerative agriculture! I am taking it just one step further and calling it regenerative culture. We need to return to who we are as human beings. We are part of this ecosystem called earth were we must work with it to find health in our own lives. There is no way around that. We cannot use today’s invocations to try and fake ourselves to health. If you want to be truly healthy you have to return to the soil. It is now our job to bring that soil back to life so we can find health. I am continuing this journey and now I am going to be recording it more and more and I want you to help me and be part of this journey. Lets do this together. Today I talk about what regenerative agriculture means to me and why it is so important to our health. I am going to be giving a free class to a very limited number of people focusing on the questions about health from the small group.
