About This Show
Being a fitness style podcast, I want there to be an emphasis on a wide range of topics through training, nutrition, mindset amongst others. All my life rugby has been the number one sport for me and of huge interest to watch and always learn more about. For that reason I hope to provide plenty of rugby related content as well in these podcasts through different guests and rugby related topics of conversation. My aim is to provide as much value, insight and of course entertainment as possible through this social platform.

In this second episode I am delighted to be joined by Pat Divilly. Pat has blown up in the fitness industry in the last few years helping almost 20,000 people through programmes, classes and seminars. He has published 3 best selling books in the couple of years and has done countless charity work, traveling the world in doing so. Pat now gives talks to many people on mindset and his knowledge and advice in this area is truly incredible. This is a podcast I got a lot of value from and I know anyone else listening will too.
