First off, apologies for my voice today. Just got back from our London Intensive last week where members coming from US, Singapore, Australia and UK.
We have 2 solid days together. Did an awful lot of new strategy, an awful of working on specific plans and essentially hitting our members target for the next 30 - 90 days and next year.
Very quickly, one of the things that came out from those days together is this. We have members in that group doing over 10 million and those who are start up.
One key fundamentals inside the Inner Circle is being able to predict the future. That sounds cliche but it's actually a fact.
If you're a Recruitment / Search Business Owner, you need two things:
Now what happens is, even in the past, Inner Circle members who come in will use new strategies and we create game plan for the
first 30 - 90 days but if something they can't convert exactly they wanted to they back to the old ways. It's basically working really hard. And what that means you're losing structure.
