How To Find Stephanie Hoffpauir:
Genevieve Malone's Website
Intro: Genevieve Malone is the Founder, The Inertia Project. Her athletic career started out with, to put it nicely, a dim outlook. Her high scoring basketball game in 6th grade was a whopping 3 points. She nearly put the “Junior” in junior varsity as a member of her high school field hockey team. And her coworkers dislike her signature volleyball move of watching the ball sail past her while yelling, “it’s yours!!” While she has never done well in activities involving spheres traveling at fast speeds, she found excellence in an unlikely sport: rowing. Her lack of distinction in conventional sports taught her to hone every single competitive advantage she could in rowing. Her tenacity on the water didn’t go unnoticed – she received an athletic scholarship to Notre Dame. While there, she helped the Irish to earn 4 Big East Championships, earned 3 monograms, earned multiple medals, and graduated in 4 years with a Civil Engineering Degree while participating in the Engineering Honors Program.
So yeah, she knows a thing or two about mindset, goal setting, prioritizing, balancing different aspects of your life, and chasing after dreams that seem impossible. Since graduating, she’s worked on some high-profile construction projects while training for half-marathons, competing in Figure competitions, and starting The Inertia Project to help ambitious women move toward their goals, especially as it relates to health and fitness, both inside and out.
