Bonus Episode! I share with you a reading from my personal journal. I wrote down my emotions and thoughts at the time that I was coming down from an anxiety attack. I've never been able to catch my breath enough to focus on writing out my feelings. I just put pen to paper and didn't think, just wrote. I hope in sharing this someone will find comfort in their own process of anxiety.
