To perform to your potential in anything at any age, you need to keep your energy healthy because energy is the key to success and that’s why it’s your most important resource. 

To recap, these are the 5 types of energy at work within you based on my interpretation of how our inner universe works:

PHYSICAL energy is your ability to fuel your body.

MENTAL energy is your ability to filter so you can focus.

EMOTIONAL energy is your ability to fortify your feelings so you can stay positive. 

SPIRITUAL energy is your ability to have faith in yourself.

SENSORY energy is your ability to stay fresh from sight, smell, sound, taste & touch pollution. This is a new type of energy I’ve introduced because I feel you need to protect your senses whether it’s from climate pollution, digital pollution, food pollution, noise pollution and people pollution.

Back in June, I analyzed the energy efficiency of Kawhi Leonard to become an NBA champion. Now here’s my energy analysis of Bianca Andreescu, the US Open Women's Singles tennis title champ.

Back in 2014 at the age of 14, she was already working on her physical, mental, emotional and spiritual energy:

“I have really improved my mental and physical strength this year,” Andresscu said. “This really helps me win matches because I am focused [mental energy], positive [emotional energy], and believe in myself on and off the court [spiritual energy]. My fitness [physical energy] helps me sustain myself through tough matches and long points.”

Now as she moves up the rankings what she needs to do going forward is to protect her sensory energy because she’s going to get a lot of attention and with that comes a lot of sensory pollution.
