Question from Roy:
Nutrition? Me? I’m the worst example except for this month since I’m mostly eating out of my garden. The rest of the year my nutrition consists of Hot Pockets and supplements. OK, so if you want questions from a non-example person, here goes:
I can’t usually arrange my life to get necessary nutrition from my meals, so I take supplements. Are some better than others? Where do I get comparison information? Is there a better time of day to take supplements? I usually take supplements with a meal. Is that a good idea? Are those daily requirement numbers real? How much do they vary from person to person? Are their nutrients that I need to worry about getting too much of?
