Raised by a handicapped mother in rural Texas, Eden set off to Europe at the age of 17 to begin a career in modeling and then used that opportunity to travel the world. She founded a school in Uganda in 2005, and assisted children with disabilities receive an education during the following years.Funny thing, I (Scott) shattered that double-walled glass I was drinking out of hours after recording the show.
