We are Jason and Lauren Pak and we co-own Achieve Fitness - a gym located in Somerville, MA. We've been coaches in the fitness industry for over a decade now, and we're excited to share our experience and knowledge with you in a Q+A format! It seems like anyone these days can add "fitness" or "coach" to their Instagram handle and tout themselves as a fitness expert on social media, which is why we decided to create this show to dispel myths and provide quality information to our listeners.
