Episode Info: Since invading the condiments market with Sir Kensington's, a line of ketchup, mustard and other spreads, company co-founder Scott Norton said meditation has helped him slow down and have better self-assessment under the stress of managing a start-up. Sir Kensington's is now nationally distributed in grocery stores, restaurants and meal kits, and was acquired by Unilever last year, but Norton said, "People look at entrepreneurs and they look at start-ups and they look at successful companies and it appears to be so easy ... but I can tell you it doesn’t look like that. Success is not a straight line."
