Bryan Falchuk is the bestselling author of Do A Day, a regular contributor to Inc.com, and is here to make sure that when you're faced with yet another seemingly impossible challenge in your business or life, you're outcome is success. Bryan has quickly become one of those people that I'm grateful to know. We share a great conversation here in episode 26 of Unbreakable Success where he was able to succeed in a variety of challenges that seemed impossible at the time. We discuss his ability to lose over 100 pounds, running a marathon, becoming a vegetarian, defeating depression, and supporting his family when he thought he may lose his wife to an illness. Any one of these challenges might have seemed too much, and with good reason. However, Bryan was able to adopt and take action on a philosophy that completely transformed his outlook on life. That philosophy was the beginning of his Do A Day journey. One of the most important things I learned about succeeding at his philosophy is that Do A Day is very different from the common "one day at a time" cliche that we've all heard before. Bryan is very specific about the fact that Do A Day is a practice of taking intentional action to create a powerful daily outcome, without the burden of the past, or trepidation about an unknown future.
