The beer guest this week is Mark Heath, owner of Carolina Brewing Company from Holly Springs. They all talk about CBC's Carolina Pale Ale. Mark also brought in Be Like Mike New England IPA, and their Wiggo! IPA. They also referred to the Hop Roar West Coast Style IPA. Mark also brought in for Ground Hog's Day coming up, the Ground Hog Imperial Stout. And for their seasonal beers, CBC's Spring Bock will be distributed March through May. And, they also sampled the Buffalo Trace Rye Barrel Aged Belgian Tripel. Cheers!
