Alison North is a married mother to two girls, (We interviewed her older daughter Lorna from “Queen of the Mile” last week on the podcast!), she’s also a business women, and can now call herself an ultra runner! It's my show - SO I LOVE IT!!!! But honestly...
It is an awesome podcast. I interview women who have done some amazing challenges, I spoken with and got top tips from, runners, swimmer, explores, women who have climbed mountains and rowed oceans. If you need some inspiration listen to this podcast!
