On today's episode, I am joined by Brian Mackenzie of Power Speed Endurance, XPT, and now his new book, Unplugged which he has co-written with friend of the show, Dr. Andy Galpin. Today is all about mastering presence in your training. In intro'd Brian on the last episode we did together which was in the first series of The Alpha Movement Podcast so if you are unsure of his work (somehow!) check out episode 26 first. Too often in life and in training we are distracted by tech. It's a massive problem in performance and health in general. We discuss the ways around this, as well as going deeper into the subject on a few different levels. This is a conversation I could have spent another 2 or 3 hours on. It's fascinating.
