Tim here with my weekly Keto Diet update.
71 days ago I changed my life for the better by adopting a keto diet!
Since my last video I am down a further 1.1 Kg (about 2 and 5/10's of a pound) bringing my total weight loss to 12.5 Kg (27 and 5/10's of a pound).
In todays video I talk about having to try and eat low carb when away from home, getting tested by blood tests down (results in next weeks video) and just a general progress update.
