They have the internal drive to create a business from nothing, usually sacrificing sleep, life and money to achieve levels of financial success and improve their lifestyle.
We are looking to inspire, educate and build a community of entrepreneurs who can connect with others who are working just as hard trying to do the same. The technology that’s available today makes us very fortunate that we have the potential to create a lifestyle that allows so much flexibility and freedom, but it should not be limited to those who have an advantage financially or resource-wise.

I literally re-wrote the title of this Podcast at least 7 times to try and reflect the content of my interview with Ben Settle. I ended up with the one you see now obviously, but coming up with a title that appropriately reflects this episode and Ben Settle himself was like asking me to write in one sentence what the Internet has done for society. When I wanted to get a better idea of what was working in email marketing, of course I did a Google search first. There are a handful of email marketers that stand out and Ben Settle is an expert email marketer that certainly stands out with a communication style that is so incredibly honest it's entertaining. I consider him the Louis C.K. of Email Marketing because of his brutal honesty and because I just really find him funny. His style is very blunt and direct and appropriately so as his roots are in direct marketing. We first understand the journey he went through to get to his current levels of success which is unsurprisingly like the stories of many other entrepreneurs, but unlike many others who try to make it and get on the hamster wheel for 10 years, he gave himself an ultimatum that may or may not be the one thing that allowed him to turn things around and quit client work. After listening to this episode you’ll not only know some real insider tips on how to write emails, you’ll know exactly what to do to make your customer read every word of any email you send to them.
