Excellent Information to Improve your Health
Take your health to the next level. This show has great guests that provide outstanding content on the latest in healthy lifestyle choices. Marni and Jesse ask solid questions and you as a listener leave informed and up-to-date on new research. Their approach to the podcast makes it easy to follow along and you don't need to be a doctor to understand the wide variety of topics.
