For years we have been reading “Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy wealthy and wise”. But do we even follow this?
No, I think most of us don’t. And for this, we might just want to blame our unhealthy lifestyle, which I believe, is the foremost reason for being less productive and less energetic.
If we talk about all those highly successful people, they all had one thing in common, they woke up early.
Don’t take me wrong here, I am not pointing at least, to those Mother’s who have been waking up daily at 6′ o clock to prepare breakfast and get their kids ready for school. And how can I, because I too am one of them…hahaha 🙂 But waking up early to just get your kids ready and finish your normal house chores will not make any difference in your life. At least not in your health or, in your productivity for sure.
What I mean to say is that if you try to sleep a little early and wake up an hour earlier than usual and do only things that you like or makes you happy or devote time doing some exercises or yoga would really make a huge difference in your life. Hard to believe, But I can challenge you that it actually works, just try it only for one day and you would yourself see the difference.
The reason why I am telling you all this is, because today I woke up early in the morning at around 5’o clock. This was after a spending a lot of time thinking that I would do something for myself or, something that makes me feel good.
Of course, other than yoga or workout, the one thing that I like the most is blogging. So I set a target last day to sleep early and wake up early. I woke my hubby also up. He too loves blogging, he blogs on “Internet Marketing”. You can read a lot of tips and tricks about blogging and internet marketing on his blog dkspeaks.com.
Now back to the point. We went into the kitchen, made a strong ginger tea along with a few slice of bread toast for us.
And the next 3-4 hours were miraculous for us.
