Masala Peanuts Recipe is a simple tea time snack recipe, which is crispy, crunchy and a little spicy.
Her final exams are over and it’s vacation time for her.
Both me and my daughter, free birds now. Because, now that the studies are over, we can do things the way we want without having to look at the clock or, follow a schedule. And it feels so much FREE..
Of course, it’s “WE”. Why?
Because when you have to make a 7-year-old kid study, you automatically start to feel that you too, are in school and that you too have a goal of finishing all the task given in the class.
Their exam feels as if it’s our exam and I think most of you would agree with me on this. What say?
This vacation is a little different for me and my daughter alike. In fact we don’t feel as if it’s a vacation because there’s a lot going on in here.
We are planning to move into a new house (our own home) and we need to look for a new school for my daughter.
Yup, I know what is going on in your mind. What’s the big deal in finding a new school for a small kid?
Schools are in volumes these days. You will find a school in every nook and corner of the city. Some are small, some are big. There are a few others that are international schools and yet others that are global schools. And there are as many fee structures as are the number of schools.
Education looks like a grossly un-regulated arena and schools seem to be charging as they like.
While I understand that the cost of living is increasing every year and hence the cost of education will also go up, I personally feel that education in India is a little over priced. And this is primarily because of poor governmental regulation in this area.
Today when we were out in search for a school we were shocked to hear about the fee structure of some of the schools. There were some ridiculous amount that they were charging as a “Donation” and the overall fees was about 12% of the salary of an average middle class Indian.
I don’t think even medical studies would have costed this much.
Anyways, these are things that are a part of life.
And as the search for a good school continues, let me get into today’s recipe which is called “Masala Peanuts”.
