Episode 51: Finger Health with Dr. Lisa Erickson
6 days ago
Fingers are pretty important to us. At some point, all of us will have a tweak, twinge, or injury, and we'll need to know how to deal with that. In this episode I sit down with Dr. Lisa Erickson, and we dive deep into the methods behind dealing with finger injuries. We talk taping, acupressure rings, voodoo floss, ultrasound, self diagnosis, and more.

Climbing Training Galore!
Arguably the best podcast I've come across for learning how to approach training for climbing. Kris & his interviewees get into deep discussions about different training strategies and philosophies for climbing.
This isn't a simple "go do this trendy workout" podcast, but rather a nuanced and clear-headed look at what a good training plan looks like. There are even extended discussions about aspects to our wonderful sport/lifestyle beyond just physical training, such as dealing with the mental game or coming back from injuries.
If you're serious about becoming a better climber, I can't recommend this podcast enough!
