In this week’s show, the knives are out, as we give a bit of a kicking to basically anyone who dares to try and sell video games, for a variety of reasons including but not limited to: Cookie cutter open worlds, disjointed stories suffering for the future sale of DLC, toilet voice acting and writing, and season pass announcements. Oh and all ubisoft games look rubbish. Elsewhere, Alex has caned through Horizon, and wants to talk about it again. Ash has been to Windsor, but not for an indian dinner, instead Lego. Bioware are promising to patch Andromeda because it is as buggy as a game from 2014, Nintendo are finally going to make enough Switches, and Guerrilla is getting it right. We’ve got a hopeful future top five, Funk is interested in where co op ruins story, and finally, Mel wants to know everything about Everything, which is a tough task because Everything appears to be about nothing.
