I could indeed put some sort of lengthy description together for this week’s episode, you know, like I normally do. It’s usually most informative, grammatically flawless, compelling, and richer than rich. I could do that, but I’m not going to. I’m cooking a roast you see, and I can’t afford to have my timings compromised. The potatoes need turning in 10 minutes, the beans are going in in 5, the chicken might need foiling shortly too.
