The Harpies' Retrospective
About This Show
Where two tired teachers from Aotearoa revisit media (and sometimes food) from their youth. Rie & Bea deal with the overwhelming paperwork of teaching and their climate change denying caretaker with a mix of media comfort food and snark. They chat about how the media stands up today and what their students might think. They're different ages, one read a lot of christian historical fiction and one did not. If they weren't so worn out zaniness might ensue. Cats.

10 Things I Hate About You feat. Cher
10 Things I Hate About You was a great comfort watch for this week, but even still we start the podcast enraged by our NZ Prim minister's incompetence and callous disregard for people impacted by the Muslim Ban. Bea confesses her teen belief that the only way to be truly enlightened was to attend an American college and Rie tells us about her first teen party. Join us in professing our adoration for Kat Stratford, preaching the gospel of the transcendent emoji use of Cher and Carrie Fisher and Mr Morgans intolerance of Kat's white feminism. A bank of spanks! I'd like to pay with 5000 spanks please!
