I just listened to the show with Dr. Andrew Hill and found it illuminating. I appreciate how Dr. Hill was clearly able to be the spotlight and have the space to share everything he found prudent and salient. Personally, I will not forget the notion that "chemical imbalances do not exist," but rather are an advertising invention from the 70s. That is significant to me. I definitely want to hear him expound upon that idea and clarify further what is going on in brains that are unhealthy in some way. My mom has been on Prozac for decades and she is not in a good state, so I am always searching for explanations of underlying mechanisms and more sustainable, healthy ways to restore cognitive stability. Thank you for bringing this to the world!

Right in my zone...
This podcast is sick. Totally in resonates with me as a former college athlete who doesn't like to dedicate my life to fitness but is interested in staying in shape. Got me motivated to start making some changes and I don't feel overwhelmed. Thanks for putting this out there, bros.
