The Sumo Survival Bushcraft Podcast
About This Show
Sumo Survival is the brainchild of brothers Sean and Sy Makin. After decades of outdoor adventures and buying and using more kit than a small Scandinavian army, they decided it was time to make use of the knowledge they had gained and share it with other bushcrafters.

Sean suggests different methods of finding location by utilising groups outside of the normal bushcraft circles and some other methods you can employ.
Rochester man Allan asks why does it take so long for reviews to appear on the Sumo Survival website. Sean covers the reasons why the reviews take so long and what kit is being tested over the winter.
As Sean makes his way across the hills he also chats about his recently completed 3000 mile challenge and also a little about some other outdoors news and views from the bushcraft community including the rise of wild boar in the Forest of Dean.

Real life bushcrafters with real life solutions!
I really enjoy the Sumo Survival brothers. They laugh and joke and talk about real life situations. Episode 36 was really good and helped me to decide which knife I should buy my kids and how I should teach them how to use it safely. Thanks guys!
