Hey sexy, I am very excited to have my amazing friend, Lindsay Sukornyk on the show. Lindsay is a transformational leadership expert, yoga teacher, writer, wanderluster, and mama of four amazing kids. Today we are embarking on a crash course with Lindsay on following our dreams, recreating our reality to being alive and awake, and following our spirit. Let's dive in, sister. Here is What We Talked About: What it means to be” alive and awake.” Finding our authentic self unapologetically, no room for apologies here. Breaking out of fear and practical tips for becoming alive and awake. Terminology: Being Alive and Awake: Alive and awake? This is Lindsay's beautiful mantra and center of her teachings. Alive means getting out there, creating, having goals, and making an impact. Being alive is driven by a clear sense of purpose of why you’re doing what you’re doing. Being awake means having passion, having fun, enjoying the ride. You know the feeling you get when you are on a roller coaster? Yes, minus all the adrenaline (unless you are an adrenaline junkie then go for it), but the fun and the joy that you feel right as you are about to turn the sharp corner at-god-knows what speed. This feeling can come from the happiness of bare feet on the Costa Rican sand or twerking out to Beyonce in the office (we really do have fun here at Sexyfit). Again, as always, it's personal but you need to feel joy in your life and actually enjoying your day to day life. The Authentic Life and The Authentic Self: Human beings are like pretty kaleidoscopes. There are many lenses and many parts that make us up. We are all born as blank canvases and overtime we shut off parts of who we are. There is a lot of conditioning that happens along our life and covers our canvas with a layer mud. This show has changed my life! I have started listening to her podcasts recently and have literally become addicted. Once I started listening to these podcasts, I changed the way I look at myself and how I eat!

Sexyfit podcast is fantastic !!
Zlata at Sexyfit always brings the best advice and great experts with their great advice. I absolutely LOVE this podcast. I've been hooked ever since I found Zlata's Podcasts. She is down to earth, funny (especially when her accent comes out!!), real and very educated on her topics. I had a wonderful day to myself catching up with all the past episodes. This episode was particularly brilliant. Thank you !!!
