Well come back! Another great race in the books! I would like to give a big thank you to Triple Dare Running Company and all the Volunteersfor showing your support. On this episode I will be talking about my experience running 3 Degrees of Hell. All I have to say this race is notfor the week of hearts.I was able to finish 2/3 races, which means, Unfortunately I wasn't ableto claim all 4 medals, I ended taking 2 medals home. However I did placea new PR for a 7 Miler (2:05:00) oh yeah baby!
