Episode 66 When your art is too hot to handle Keeping it cool while doing shows in exhibiting your art There's nothing more exciting than creating artwork and selling it to the masses, and in most cases this is a fun and enjoyable setting. As the summer months progress you will encounter days that are a little bit too hot to handle, this episode is to tackled just that and this is your tool kit to make sure you can survive the heat and how to best set your booth up to be comfortable and successful. TOP 5 things to survive the outdoor shows. If you have a canopy. don't box yourself in - even though you have side panels, ditch them. Sit outside your booth, across the street, a few feet away etc. Get a patio shade, it might make your booth a tad darker, but will def keep the heat at bay Get a portable battery or have access to electrical for a few clip on fans. These will make your comers want to shop longer. And most importantly .... KEEP HYDRATED - Lots of water in a cooler, offer small waters to buying customers.
