45-minute Crow Pose Practice (7)
In this practice, you’ll spend a little less than an hour building up to crow pose. The focus is primarily on building strength and mobility in your shoulders but there is a bit of abdominal work in the practice as well. The practice starts with a little flow to get warm and then settles into longer holds as we build up to the arm balance.
