This podcast today is a follow on from last week's How Do You Know When It's Intuition? If you missed that one then you can go back at the blog and find that, or look on iTunes on the podcasts. Today's podcast is called Will Trusting Your Intuition Make You Lazy? This is a fun one because I notice that ideas often strike for these podcasts when I'm having a coaching conversation with a client. This may be the same for you if you work with clients, or certainly if you have customers or clients of some kind. You'll notice that there are patterns of behaviour, patterns of fearful thinking or worries that your people have that just repeat themselves, and you hear them a lot in different conversations, or in different ways that you connect with them. I like to address these because they're obviously real things that are really going on, it's not just me making up stuff that I think might be helpful for you. The stuff I'm sharing with you in these podcasts is based on real client work, on real interaction with people who are on their journey to become more fearless, to have a better experience of life and/or business or career. This one about will trusting your intuition make you lazy is a really interesting one because on the one hand, I notice that my clients really love the idea of trusting their intuition, or trusting their wisdom, whatever you want to call it, and having a more effortless life, if that makes sense. More effortless, less effortful, more flow and ease in their lives. We all want this, right? But for some reason we think that it's impossible to really have that, or if we experience it, we can quickly take ourselves out of it because it feels too good.
